A useful fit for

A 59-pound horizontal stand-alone model whose exact 4044510 page and 2026 sheet report 102 pints/day at 80°F/60% RH and 67 at 65°F/60% RH despite the “105” model name. Its variable-speed blower and positive-pressure gravity drain distinguish it; it has no bucket or built-in lift pump.

The main tradeoff

A 59-pound horizontal stand-alone model whose exact 4044510 page and 2026 sheet report 102 pints/day at 80°F/60% RH and 67 at 65°F/60% RH despite the “105” model name. Its variable-speed blower and positive-pressure gravity drain distinguish it; it has no bucket or built-in lift pump. Part-4044510 product page and its exact 2024 manual describe positive-pressure gravity drainage, with included eight-foot hose and a separate float-switch port. No bucket or built-in pump is included; the pressure-assisted drain is not an uphill lift rating.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Does the Oasis105 meet its published 102-pint/day threshold?

Yes at the manufacturer's 80°F/60% RH test point. The separate 65°F/60% RH rating is 67 pints/day, so the warm-condition nameplate number is not a guaranteed daily room yield.

Can the Oasis105 run bucketless to a lower drain, and does that differ from pump lift?

The exact manual documents the base continuous gravity route with no bucket and no integral lift pump. An uphill essential drain route does not fit the standard configuration.

Does the Oasis105 cabinet fit a 24-inch maximum width?

The exact product dimension is 24 inches wide. This cabinet figure does not include airflow or maintenance clearance.

Is the dry Oasis105 weight within a 59-pound handling limit?

The exact manufacturer sheet lists 59 pounds dry; the number does not include water or installation materials. Plan delivery and lifting accordingly.

The Santa Fe Oasis105 is called “105” in its model name and much of the maker’s category copy, but the exact current product page and data sheet for part 4044510 state 102 pints per day at 80°F/60% RH and 67 pints at 65°F/60% RH. That exact-model correction matters if a minimum rating is essential. Its horizontal cabinet, variable-speed blower and positive-pressure drain make it the most distinctive member of Santa Fe’s four freestanding models.

This review follows the exact Oasis105 U.S. page, the current TS-2110 data sheet and the 2024 TS-2093 manual, whose model identity is tied to 4044510. The image is an exact product-page exterior; it does not show the drain’s internal construction.

Do not score it from the name alone

The Oasis105 name appears alongside differing capacity and efficiency values across the company’s own pages. The current exact detail page and 2026 specification sheet both state 102 pints/day at 80°F/60% RH, 67 pints at 65°F/60% RH, 7.5 and 5.95 pints/kWh, and Energy Factor values of 3.54 and 2.81 L/kWh. The Product Wizard instead shows 105 pints, 7.6 pints/kWh and 3.55 L/kWh. The 2024 manual is a model-specific 4044510 document; its figures match the newer spec. I use the detailed page and current technical sheet for this exact rating and preserve the Wizard conflict rather than average the numbers or change the model identity. Neither Energy Factor is EPA IEF; no exact 4044510 entry appeared in the active EPA dataset.

Even the 102-pint figure is a controlled test point, not a room promise. The actual extraction will change with air temperature, humidity, air circulation and duct resistance. Santa Fe’s square-foot suggestions are helpful screening guidance but not load calculations. The manufacturer describes basement, attic and crawl-space uses and an optional supply-duct kit; a real divided-space installation still needs an airflow plan.

Variable speed is the practical differentiator

The exact sheet lists a variable-speed fan with low, high and auto modes and an adjustable blower rated at up to 280 CFM at one inch water gauge. Low mode is for quieter operation, high mode for ducted airflow and auto for efficiency, according to the manufacturer. That gives an installer more than one way to balance sound and delivered air, but it is not separate control for separate rooms. The onboard digital controller and low-voltage terminal block are local hardware; the exact page and manual do not establish phone-app or Wi-Fi control.

The cabinet measures 24 inches wide, 14.5 high and 16 deep and weighs 59 pounds. It has a MERV-13 filter, auto restart and a 49–95°F stated operating range; its manual says it works most effectively from 56–95°F. Power is 732 watts and 6.1 amps at the 65°F/60% test point, so confirm the outlet and circuit plan against the manual. This is much wider but lighter than the Advance Dry110’s 14.35-by-24-by-29-inch, 102-pound body. Measure the installation opening with the drain and service clearance included, not only the cabinet face.

Drain design is useful, not an uphill lift

Oasis105’s positive-pressure drain is designed not to require a conventional external P-trap, and the manual includes an 8-foot gravity hose and adapter. A dedicated float-switch port is provided, but the float switch is not included. The unit has no bucket and no built-in pump: the hose still has to reach a suitable lower drain without kinks or blockage. An optional pump kit is a separate purchase and installation, not a built-in Oasis mode. If your outlet is higher than the unit, an essential pump-lift answer should exclude this standard configuration.

For an installation above a finished ceiling or living area, the manual calls for a secondary drain pan and float switch protection according to code. Plan the condensate route before lifting the cabinet into a crawlspace, because the hose and port need to remain accessible. The coil and filter care should be scheduled from the manual; cleaning a filter does not substitute for keeping the drain free.

Who should compare Oasis105?

It suits a buyer or installer who values its variable fan, 102-pint exact rating, low-profile horizontal cabinet and positive-pressure gravity-drain arrangement. It is not the choice to meet a strict 105-pint minimum based only on the model name. The Advance Dry110 has dual exhaust outlets and a higher exact 110-pint rating, while the Classic is a heavier vertical basement cabinet and the Compact70 is shorter for tight crawlspaces. None of the four has an integrated pump or collection bucket. Check the part number, full written warranty, hose fall, external float protection and duct plan against the actual space before comparing capacity claims.
